Laboratory’s working schedule during holidays is governed by the respective ordinances of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

   We are accepting samples: on a daily basis from 9:30 till 13:00. Outside these hours samples cannot be accepted for analysis.

   We are issuing documents: daily from 9:30 till 13:00 and from 14:00 till 16:30.

   Our lunch break is: from 13:00 till 14:00 daily.

   Transfer of standard samples (reference materials) must be accompanied by an act of acceptance-transfer made in duplicate.

   Access of visitors to the Laboratory premises is strictly prohibited.

   Access to the Laboratory for arbitration control is allowed only with the authorization of the senior management of the Laboratory, in special clothes and upon completion of a prior briefing on labor and fire safety.
