The requirements for the safety of toys and their circulation on the territory of Ukraine are established by the Technical Regulations approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 11, 2013, No 515 "On approval of the Technical Regulations on the safety of toys."

Toys can be put into circulation only if they meet the safety requirements established in this Technical Regulation, as well as sanitary standards.

The laboratory carries out quality control of toys for compliance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation.
