The laboratory conducts full laboratory tests of disinfectants and antiseptics at the modern level in order to obtain conclusions of sanitary-epidemiological examination and pass the registration procedure.
State registration (re-registration) of disinfectants is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the CMU dated 03.07.2006 No. 908, òà CMU Resolution No. 232 of March 25, 2020.
In order to carry out a sanitary-epidemiological examination of the means, it is necessary to submit the following completed documents to the laboratory:
- statement addressed to the Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Sample for printing)
- letter addressed to the Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Sample for printing)
- letter addressed to the Chairman of the Commission on State Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise of the "O.M. Marzeev Institute of Public Health of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" (Sample for printing)
- power of attorney in the name of the Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection(Sample for printing)
